Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of newportpeptidesociety.com and your purchases from Newport Peptide Society ("the Society," "we," "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we sell. The Society publishes and sells printed educational guides about peptides. We do not sell, dispense, prescribe, or recommend any drug, peptide, or supplement, and we are not a pharmacy, clinic, or medical provider. Nothing we publish or sell is medical advice. See our Disclaimer.

2. Membership. Access is by invitation only. An invitation link works once and creates an account for the person who uses it. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. We may decline, suspend, or revoke membership at any time, for any reason, without refund of any pending order that has not shipped; paid orders that have already shipped are unaffected. You are responsible for invitations you send and for keeping your sign-in email secure. We do not use passwords; sign-in links are sent to your email and expire.

3. Orders and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Orders are paid at checkout by card or, where offered, by invoice, check, or bank transfer as described at checkout. Sales tax is calculated and charged where required. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a title is out of print, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify payment.

4. Shipping. We ship only to addresses in the United States. Orders are printed and shipped in batches on the 1st and 15th of each month; the batch your order falls into is shown before you pay and depends on when payment is received. A flat shipping charge applies to every order. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. You must provide an accurate shipping address; we are not responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

5. All sales are final. Because titles are printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is paid, and orders cannot be edited or cancelled after payment. If a copy arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it.

6. Content and intellectual property. Our guides and website are protected by copyright. You may use purchased copies for personal reading. You may not reproduce, scan, distribute, or resell our publications or website content without written permission. Product names and trademarks mentioned in our guides belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer, pharmacy, or regulator.

7. Accuracy and changes. We work to keep our guides accurate and cite our sources, but scientific and regulatory facts change. Each guide states its edition date, and corrections are logged on our What Changed page. We may revise a guide, a price, or these terms at any time; the terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability. Our publications and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on our publications. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Your conduct. You agree not to use the site to send unsolicited invitations, to create accounts for others without their consent, to interfere with the site's operation, or to misrepresent your identity or eligibility.

10. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Newport Peptide Society is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or an order will be brought in the state or federal courts of that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
