October review: CJC-1295 and ipamorelin status corrected; Latest updated

Correction: the CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin guide and the field guide said both peptides remain on FDA's Category 2 list. FDA's current list shows both nominations withdrawn by their sponsors, with ipamorelin still in Category 2 for outsourcing facilities only; AOD-9604's entry is corrected the same way. The practical answer is unchanged: neither is nominated, listed, or under review, so pharmacies may not compound them. The BPC-157 / TB-500 price line for a 10 + 10 mg vial is now $60 to $150 (was $120 to $195). Latest sections gained the full TRIUMPH-2 results, FDA's Empower Pharmacy warning letter on compounded GLP-1 blends, the UCLA review of recovery peptides, and NPR's report on GHK-Cu injections.

Semax, first edition; the editorial standards page

Semax becomes the eighteenth title: the ACTH-fragment nasal drops registered in Russia, what the Russian label says and doses, the human record study by study (open, unblinded, mostly by the inventors; no randomized trial anywhere), the rat BDNF mechanism, the standard dosing block (10 mg vial, 2 mL, 5,000 mcg/mL, with drops and sprays converted), FDA staff's five objections from the May 2026 briefing and the 8 to 5 committee vote in July, safety including the single 2025 adverse event report, and a checklist. Fifteen references. A new page, How we write these, sets out the sourcing and writing rules every guide follows and states that no clinician has yet reviewed an edition.

KLOW, first edition; GHK-Cu repriced; printed covers redrawn

KLOW becomes its own title, the seventeenth: the four-peptide vial with KPV's record set out in full (two 2008 mouse colitis studies, cell work, no human trial by any route), the standard dosing block (80 mg, 3 mL, 26.7 mg/mL, 10 units, 30 doses), per-ingredient arithmetic, the July 2026 vote on three of its four ingredients, and a checklist. The GHK-Cu guide's price is now $75, in line with the vial. Printed trifold covers now match the web catalog: each family's photograph tinted in its color under the title's own chart lines; all seventeen PDFs re-rendered.

September review: a Latest section on every title, prices rechecked, two corrections

Every catalog title now ends with a dated, sourced Latest list of developments since its edition (the August 24 FDA warning letters to five research-vial vendors, the July advisory-committee tallies and the rulemaking that has not followed, the Bronx NAD+ infusion death, Mounjaro's cardiovascular approval, Canada's third semaglutide generic, the TGA's Melanotan II findings, and more). Prices as sold were rechecked against current listings and revised where they had drifted (NAD+, MOTS-c, epitalon, tesamorelin ownership, the BPC-157 / TB-500 blend, KLOW). Corrections: the epitalon guide said the telomerase result had never been replicated outside the Khavinson institute; a Brunel University group repeated it in cell lines in September 2025 and also saw telomere lengthening in breast cancer cells, and the guide now says so. The PT-141 guide said the men's program was abandoned; the developer dropped the stand-alone drug and announced a combination program in 2024 that has reported nothing since.

GLOW: KLOW dosing added, KPV figure corrected

The GLOW guide now carries a full dosing block for the 80 mg KLOW vial: 3 mL of water, 26.7 mg/mL, 10 units daily (2.67 mg of blend), 30 doses a vial. At the same water volume the three GLOW ingredients come out at identical amounts and KPV adds 333 mcg per dose. Correction: the per-dose KPV figure previously read 312 mcg, which assumed a 2.5 mg blend dose; at 3 mL it is 333 mcg. A KLOW draw table was added to the arithmetic section and a KLOW line to the trifold.
